TRAINING REACTOR ISO TANK
Tank Service re-purposed and modified this unique ISO tank container for our friends at USA Debusk. This tank, which will be anchored to the floor, will stand vertically and be used as a training reactor to practice confined space entry procedures.
We added multiple manway openings, a catwalk platform inside the tank, and another walkway platform at the top – complete with an access ladder and a safety gate.
They were as pleased with the finished product as we were!

Tank Service recently custom modified this T11 ISO tank for a customer involved in the manufacture and transportation of industrial chemicals used in the phosgenation process.
This ISO tank container was insulated and equipped with a glycol heating system, data logger, and custom-mounted genset to provide in-transit product heating for optimum transport conditions.

When this oilfield supplier needed a safe, transportable tank they came to Tank Service for a used IMO tank and chassis combo knowing that with some custom modifications they would get a solution that truly met their specifications.
For this job, Tank Service installed a 1.5” tank recirculating line to keep the product moving. The tank also included new fall protection features including a Tram system, a bolt-on safety ladder, and a rigid fender on the chassis with a handrail and steps. The tank also featured a SATATRACK ultrasonic telemetry unit with GPS tracking, making refill quick and streamlined.
ELECTRONIC CHEMICALS
Tank Service was proud to be contacted for this special project by a customer who needed the utmost control in product quality. We took a used IMO1 or “Tank Instruction T11” and added a custom refrigeration system to keep this customer’s high-purity electronic chemicals cool under the most extreme circumstances. Normally, steam channels are at the bottom of the tank because heat rises. In this case, the requirements called for the channels to be located on top, which Tank Service custom installed.
Because the customer was transporting electronic chemicals, the tanks required Teflon lining. In order to protect this unique and high quality lining, Tank Service utilized an adhesive and straps to secure the channels until the insulation and cladding could be added. Our customer was so pleased they ordered three tanks!

Tank Service worked with this oilfield blending company to custom modify an IMO1 or “Tank Instruction T11” tank for use in the fracking industry. A glycol heating system and tank-mounted generator were installed for use in the field where there was no access to electricity. A Garnet level gauge was added, as well as filling and venting hoses running from top to ground level to consistently heat the tank, and 4” piping inside to keep the product recirculated.
